The brain then gathers information and interprets it to make a plan.

Therefore, high-level movement (output) is the result of “input quality” and detailed “data integration.”

How does this work? 


What we do:

1: Understand foundational concepts of brain functions and neuroplasticity, which is how the brain continually changes. You become what you train.

2: Identify which of your neurological systems are currently underperforming

3: Determine which types of drills and stimulations can most easily alter the performance and apply them

4: Engage the nervous system with enough intensity and reps to create a stable change and long-term improved function
