YOGA CLASSES

  • This yoga practice is a vigorous and mindful Vinyasa-style yoga class that builds strength, flexibility and balance mixed with flows and mobility.

  • Beginner yoga that aims to provide a gradual introduction to basic yoga postures. Slow-paced yoga to restore the body & mind.

  • This class will offer the same benefits of our other yoga classes and will use a chair as a prop for support, balance, or advancing the pose as appropriate for each person. You will explore alignment, strength, balance, flexibility, breath and relaxation. No yoga experience required.
