Justin Prier

Justin is owner and operator of BioFit Therapy-Based Fitness in Overland Park, Kansas. He is a physical therapist, Muscle Activation Techniques™ Specialist, personal trainer, strength and conditioning specialist, and senior fitness specialist - all of which have given him the experience necessary to work with clients of any age and create a program unique to their individual goals and needs. His applied knowledge of physiology and body mechanics enables him to be effective with clients and has earned him recognition as one of Johnson County’s premier trainers in 435 Magazine.


Jamie Eager

Jamie received her B.S. degrees in Kinesiology and Athletic Training from Kansas State University where she also spent time rehabilitating athletes in the training rooms. She has also been a licensed massage therapist since 2005 and is a Muscle Activation Techniques™ Specialist. Jamie is able to work with a wide variety of clients, making her an ideal trainer no matter what your fitness goals may be.


Kim Prier

Kim has been a fitness enthusiast her whole life and helped lay the foundation for BioFit over a decade ago and has logged thousands of client training hours. She is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). One of Kim’s specialties is training women with different fitness backgrounds and enjoys motivating her clients to become their best selves. Working with Kim, you’ll reach your fitness goals through a safe, progressive, fun workout experience.


Kelsey Porter

Kelsey has a B.S. in Kinesiology from Kansas State University and a training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), which have both given her the experience needed to work with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or wanting to get back into the swing of things, Kelsey is able to put a regimen in place for you to reach your weight loss and/or strength goals the right way.


erick mojica

Erick is a personal trainer and a baseball coach and has a Master's degree in Kinesiology from Avila University. He is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Corrective Exercise Specialist. Erick has a tremendous passion working with young athletes as well as teaching general personal training clients how to exercise and explore the mind-body connection. His number one focus is to teach his clients how to listen to their body and create a positive relationship with exercise using a holistic approach of strength training, recovery modalities, and daily goals to help his clients move better and perform better.


Emma cochrane

Emma is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and personal trainer and is pursuing both a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology at Avila University as well as neurology-based courses through Z Health Performance to better serve a wide range of clients. Since finding her passion through her own fitness journey, Emma has worked hard to help each of her clients, aged 17 to 82, reach their goals in their own unique individual way. Her holistic approach has helped her clients find the confidence they needed to pursue their own path and turn their fitness dreams into reality.


molly curry

Molly is a licensed massage therapist and holds her certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has a background in Physical Therapy and enjoys helping clients with relaxation, stress reduction, injury recovery and overall well-being. Molly is skilled in several different modalities, such as Swedish massage, Deep tissue, Hot Stone massage, Neuromuscular, Energy work and many others. She customizes her massage to meet the needs of each individual. She believes in the mind-body connection and how massage can facilitate the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
